Maternity Services Survey
The South Glamorgan Community Health Council is gathering feedback on Maternity Services in Cardiff & Vale, with a view to making recommendations to the Health Board on how to improve services from a patient experience point of view.
Your Feedback on Hospital Visiting
Thank you to everyone who previously completed our feedback form around hospital visiting. Thanks to your feedback, the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board have changed their visiting process whereby patients are now allowed 2 people to visit for 1 hour per day and can be booked via the ward. We would now like to hear from individuals who have since used the new visiting system in place, to find out what their views are and, in addition, the views of the wider population of Cardiff & the Vale of Glamorgan.
Transport to Health Services Survey
Many people across Wales face challenges when travelling to health services such as their GP or Hospital appointments.
The CHC wants to hear from you about your experiences of travelling to health services, which will help us to identify the types of transport people use, and how transport to health services could be improved.
